چکیده
One of the solutions implemented in order to improve quality soils exposed pesticides is application sewage sludge, which a by-product wastewater treatment. As an organic substrate, it provides soil with important nutrients, such as nitrogen and phosphorus, enriches matter, thanks can be valuable fertilizer. The aim presented research was evaluate influence granulated sludge (GSS) on biological properties treated herbicides (MCPA dicamba) fungicides (thiophanate-methyl azoxystrobin). following aspects were investigated: activity selected enzymes, genetic biodiversity bacteria fungi, abundance bacterial gene responsible for ammonia oxidation. A field experiment conducted, applied at single dose 3 t/ha. Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) sown prepared plots. (H) (F) well their mixture (F + H) plants appropriate growth phases doses recommended by producer. control without (C). samples taken tested for: dehydrogenases, catalases urease activities, structure fungi TRFLP assay, amoA qPCR. On basis obtained results, found that fertilized influenced enzymatic soil, differed depending enzyme. URE DHA plots GSS higher approx. 20% 30%, respectively, compared application. Moreover, both microorganisms variant experiment. treatment significantly studied C, its 9.15 log10 copies/g DW soil. Due content nutrients fertilizer agricultural crops pesticides.

متن کاملLand application of sewage sludge: A soil columns study
A column study was conducted to assess the potential Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb movement through a reconstructed soil profile to which surface composted sewage sludge was applied. Sewage sludge was mixed into the top 100 mm of each column at the rates of 357 (H), 223 (M) and 22 Mg·ha-1 (L). Treatment H was calculated according to the critical soil concentration and treatments M and L were calcul...

This research study used sewage sludge from urban wastewater treatment plants to restore road embankments. The results have been used to propose a series of basic principles for the application of sludge in this context. In the study, six experimental plots (each composed on one cut slope and one fill slope) were set up on a highway located in the province of Jaen (Spain). The soil and vegetati...
